Get A QuotationGOB is a new kind of packaging technology to solve the problem of LED lamp protection. By coating an advanced transparent epoxy resin on the LED unit board to form effective protection, this material not only has a super high permeability but also has super thermal conductivity.
The GOB LED display can achieve moisture-proof, waterproof, anti-collision, anti-UV, and can be applied to more harsh environments, avoiding large-scale dead lamps, falling lights, and other problems.
You will benefit from the once-and-for all brightness correction in long-term usage of GOB LED display, as we employ flash memory of SPI bus in our newly designed display, which will store the brightness data corrected in manufacturing forever, even after the replacement of moulds.
To ensure no failure of power on important occasions, the Explorerled had adopt easy-plug and replacable power supply to support its GOB LED display. For specific needs, we could equip the display with a backup power supply.
As one of the three factories which possess the GOB technology, we invest a lot to improve its performance with high refresh IC solution, top quality LED chips and our excellent craftsmanship.
After assembly, we will conduct a 72-hours aging test and then cover the surface with epoxy resin coating if all lamps function well. For finished products, we will conduct another aging test for 24 hours.
